This video introduces Parch Immutable, the foundation for our upcoming commercial project, Apadana. The base system ships as a single, atomically updated image, so every update is predictable and rolling back to a previous working state takes seconds. We show how the initial beta handles software installation mainly through Flatpak, with Distrobox and Waydroid included by default so you can run extra Linux software and Android apps without touching the immutable base. We also cover KDE Plasma as our primary desktop environment and our ongoing work on Persian localization in KDE.
